As a Republican Congressman, Dr. Rod Joseph is committed to ensuring that every American has access to affordable and quality healthcare. He believes in empowering patients by promoting market-driven solutions that increase competition and reduce costs, while preserving individual choice in healthcare decisions. Rod will work to strengthen health savings accounts (HSAs), expand access to affordable insurance options, and advocate for reforms that reduce the burden of government regulations. He will also champion policies that protect patients with pre-existing conditions, ensure transparency in medical pricing, and enhance innovation in the healthcare industry to improve overall care for families across America.
Beyond Medicare expansion, I will push for comprehensive healthcare reform that includes strengthening the Affordable Care Act (ACA) to provide greater protections and coverage for all Floridians. This includes expanding Medicaid in Florida, ensuring that low-income individuals and families have access to necessary healthcare services.
I will support policies that address healthcare disparities, improve mental health services, and ensure rural and underserved communities receive adequate healthcare resources.
